I am a child of yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Tomorrow I can be a child with more toys I wish I had yesterday. If, by chance I forget tommorow, when my kids come over I will remember that when I grew up I had recovered the seriousness of a child at play.

thank uou for posting this game! i love playing this in the arcades!!
Great video, you’re an up and coming UA-camr!
Chad hit the like button ✅
Great video!!!!!
This game had amazing graphics for the time! Way ahead of its time.
Namco's cutest game! ☺️
I always did like this game, I used to get an enemy to chase me and go under the rock just at the right distance from it and have the rock crush the enemy, such a fun game.
I'm sad they only did this once in the US version and never did it again! This was one of the games from the OG Whose Line that deserved better!
This makes me want to try this game out :) What kind of control were you using? It looks like it was designed to use two analog sticks, like the Battle Zone arcade game, Where you control forward/back on each tread individually/directly, but it seemed like you were having trouble steering the tank. I can imagine it'd be a horror story to try and drive it with a single joystick or singlecontrol pad
First off the game does two analog controllers like Battle Zone. I mapped the controls to the two joysticks on a 3rd party Xbox One controller.
lol okay, I tried it. I used an xbox one controller since it has dual analog sticks, and remapped the fire button to the trigger so I didn't have to take a thumb off a stick to fire, and I gotta say, it was *hard* to control the tank very well. I doubt it would have been nearly as hard to control in the actual arcade, because those would have been *long throw* analog sticks, whereas the xb control sticks are very *short throw*. So, basically, it's very difficult to manage much in the way of *subtle* control changes, and the treads react *quite fast*, so it'd take a lot of practice, or something with longer sticks, to make this as easy to control as, like, battlezone in the arcade.
@@lowellriggsiam I guess I was still writing my second comment while you were replying to my first ;P I hope you didn't take what I wrote as offensive, it wasn't meant that way. It *looked* like you were having difficulty controlling the tank accurately, and the way it appeared, looked very much like how a game that *originally* had dual controls, like battlezone and such, but then got ported over to a system that used, like, one joystick. Those different control schemes just don't translate very well. But after doing it myself, using a dual stick controller, I could see very well how difficult it *still* was to control, even with dual analog, in a case where you are using short sticks like I was, on an xb pad. With short sticks, the way it drives/appears on-screen very much *does* look like (effectively mimic) trying to play a dual stick game on a single stick. I think to make this control work the way it should, one would either have to use longer sticks (maybe some good ol' duct tape and some chop sticks? lol I joke, but that might work! :D) or somehow manage to alter the acceleration curve of the analog sticks, basically making them more sensitive near the outer edge of their travel, and much less sensitive near the center, rather than the default, which is a somewhat linear response. Anyway, I wasn't meaning to say it looked like you were playing badly or anything like that. It just looked like you were having trouble controlling it, which made me wonder if there was something odd, or wrong, with whatever control interface you were using. I'm a bit of a mechanic by nature and sometimes build and/or modify controllers. So when the tank was moving "funny" on screen, I suspected a control issue. As in, "mechanical error", rather than "Pilot error" That's all :) Anyway, cool to see someone playing some classic arcade games ~~^_^ Take care and have a great day! :D
@@chrischaf I never saw it as offensive, just as an observation.
@@lowellriggsiam Cool beans :D Glad to hear you took it in the spirit in which it was given :) When you led with "First off", I was afraid you'd taken it wrong. Hard to tell with text on the internet, where you can't see a person's expression, or hear their tone of voice.
*_“These graphics are awesome!”_* *_-Everyone, circa 1980_*
The Atari 2600 games had horrible graphics and sound, yet we enjoyed every minute of it.
I love the cartoon style! And the usage of the color maroon!
It would seem to me that a rip off version of Australia's "thank God you're here", is second class to who's line is it anyway
the iron maiden of comedy (don't be confused with that overrated band from the 80s)
Adorable Adrian's greatest nightmare rival
Piper saved the dogs lives.
The most unfunny narration I habe ever heard
Fembots are not funny
The Hammer.
I haven't heard the 2600's sounds in 40 years. With as simple as it now looks and sounds, it's hard to believe I spent hours at a time playing this and loved every second of it.
The VIC--20 version was nicer than the 2600, because it had the final level with the command ship.
Ron Miller and Larry O'Dea would beat any tag team in the WWF/WWE back then and also today
How stupid do you have to be to believe this draft dodging bigot? Only Big Business gets any help from him.
The Skipper had a lot of nerve taking another chance on another boat 🚢 Lol 😂
Ah yes, this brings me back. I remember my cousin and I playing the heck out of Golden Axe. He was always better. Always. Good times. The arcade panel surrounding the screen is a nice touch! That Ghouls 'n Ghosts though, the only game so frustrating I gave myself a bloody nose through blood pressure alone.
Greg's Hey You Down Theres on the UK version were goated, wish that energy could have carried over to the US better
Chris Tallman ?
A well timed sound effect at the end :)
George takei can be so sweet ❤️
The anti canadian sentiment in the description confuses me greatly... 😅 I AM canadian... but like... i have never had the best episode of something spoiled by the fact "the actor is American" 😮 Am i too nice?❤ 😂
I like how the extras refused to take part in the human pyramid.
I love how as soon as Jason sat in the Captain's chair at 3:08, he instinctively assumed a Captain Kirk pose.
It's just Bradshaw
Yeah he should of just left after second victory
Isn't that zeb colter
I wouldn't have went back to ring just take the win
Takei was better than I expected. The only thing was he didn't time his "Oh My" quite right and the audience missed it.
ITS PETER GRIFFIN
I never seen this game. Looks like fun.i subbed to your channel

Loved How Burger Chef Resurfaced The Monster Era in these Commercial ads! This Fangburger one with Chef and Jeff was totally Awesome! Loved the 1976 Halloween ad with Wolfburger as well! Just wish that the Frankenburger one will someday surface "Hardee's Did a Great one of him"! What a Great time to have been a Kid! Miss Them days a lot! Thank-You For Sharing and God Bless!
Thumbs up to Roddy for defusing this incident. R.I.P. Davey Boy, British Bulldog, Lou Albano, Roddy.
one of the first matches i remembered as a kid was the dog collar match between Valentine and Piper, what a bloodbath.
Portland Rasslin
They need to protect Bob Orton, his arm has yet to fully heal.
So funny.
To this day his arm still has not fully healed
Same as Iron Mike Sharpe who Wrestled in NWA Georgia & Florida as well as MidSouth and Canada before even coming to The WWF in a leather armbrace believed to be loaded.🤔😉🎤🤼♂️B.W.
How did the Bulldogs get so far in wrestling without knowing how to cheat out to the camera??
This is my favorite game and they just never played it nearly enough
They really caught Denny off guard, and I don't blame her for losing it. Also, I can't help thinking of Ren and Stimpy with that music. 🤣
i pray they will get back together and get remarried in Jesus name Amen
His last line Gold
Who's the singer in backsound in the end video?
Annie girardot?
As funny as this show was, I'm amazed at how well the supporting cast was able to also improvise and keep it all together!
Painful to watch. Aussie version was 10x better
